Clothing that is too loose or too tight could negatively affect the final photo. Comfort is key!

One of the best parts about Memory Makers is that we keep your child’s photos online for 3 years. The link you received when they first went live will still work to view their gallery. If you can’t find that gallery link please email us through this link (inset a mailto link with subject line “lost image link”) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Fortunately photo galleries are not tied to a specific email address or parent. The link for your child can be shared with any family member.
Absolutely! We offer sibling photos during the spring season. If your school does not offer spring photo sessions we are fully capable to accommodate a more private family photo session.
Our general turnaround time for galleries to be delivered is one week after photo day. After that it can take up to 1 week for your prints to arrive once ordered.
While we strive for 100% satisfaction in everything we do at times there are things out of our control that can prevent that. If there is any issue with your order you at any point during your purchase we will do everything to make it right free of charge. You most certainly can! The link you used to make your original purchase will work for years to come. You can even share that link with all of your family members.
Absolutely not! We provide all school administrations free copies of all the images of students and staff to help make sure you have the most up to date information. We also provide 2 free copies of student service stickers for your nurses.
Very easy. Our photo software is capable of exporting csv, txt or zip files for you to import in to your administration software and we are happy to customize those files to your liking with sizes, file naming, backgrounds etc. You tell us what you need and we provide. Its that simple.
We include 1 free set of staff ID’s for every school or organization we photograph. Please note that ID’s requiring security access capabilities with RFID will have a fee attached to them.
No. We at Memory Makers have done away with the old “Pre-Pay/collect check’s with paper forms” style of Photo Day. We are strictly a Proof Program company. Everyone gets photographed on photo day and then all payments are handled through our website taking away unnecessary stress and work for our schools.
